Official Rules For Haus Labs Win the Site Giveaway

Overview

HLB90067, Inc. (“Company”) of El Segundo, California is the global distributor of the Haus Labs branded beauty line, and is giving one (1) person a chance to win one (1) shade of   Triclone™ Skin Tech Foundation, Triclone™ Skin Tech Concealer, Precision Sculpt Shaping Balm, and Power Sculpt® Velvet Bronzer and one (1) of every shade of the remainder of the product catalog , subject to product availability through our promotion (the “Giveaway”). One (1) winner will be selected at random. The entry period will begin at November 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM PDT and end on November 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM PDT, and Company will notify the winners via email.

No purchase is required in order to win a prize, and should you make any purchase, this will not improve your chances of winning.  This is not a lottery or skill contest.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable governmental laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility 

To be eligible the Giveaway entrant may reside anywhere in the world, must be 18 years of age or older,  must be subscribed to the Haus Labs online mailing list, and must complete all of the following entry requirements.  Timeliness of each entry will be determined by the time stamp of the entrant’s transmission of the entrant’s email address, provided it meets all eligibility requirements.  Eligibility shall be determined in Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

Employees of Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry Requirements 

The Giveaway entry time period is between November 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM PDT and end on November 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM PDT. During this time, Company will post Giveaway details on Company’s website, hauslabs.com

To enter during this Giveaway entry time period, the entrant must subscribe to the Hauls Labs online mailing list.

There will be a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.  

By making an entry, each entrant confirms that each entrant meets all eligibility requirements and has read these Official Rules, and confirms that when they accept the prize, they agree to the release of their personal rights of publicity to be used by Company in association with the announcements of winners in the Giveaway.

Prizes 

There will be one (1) winner selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries by use of customary sweepstake randomizer algorithmic software.  The selected winner will receive their one (1) shade of   Triclone™ Skin Tech Foundation, Triclone™ Skin Tech Concealer, Precision Sculpt Shaping Balm, and Power Sculpt® Velvet Bronzer and one (1) of each shade of the remainder of the product catalog, subject to product availability.  Each prize is restricted to the Winner’s use only, and is not transferable and non-refundable.  The estimated retail prize value is $3,446. No prize shall be substituted for cash.  All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Company is presently unable to estimate the odds of winning a prize as the odds will be based on the number of valid entries. For example if there are 100,000 valid entries, then the odds of winning per entry are 3/100,000 or .003%. 

Should any winner not respond to Company within 12 hours of the notification of winning, then Company may in its sole discretion choose to replace that winner by the selection of another winner at random.   Company’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

Release of Instagram

By entrant’s entry into this Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, and each entrant releases Instagram from any liability arising out of the Giveaway.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance

Rights of Publicity Release

Each winner hereby agrees by his/her entry to a full release of all of his/her personal rights of publicity in his/her name, likeness, image, voice, and photographs in connection with the Giveaway. 

Termination of Giveaway and Entries

Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in Company’s sole and absolute discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond Company’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Company reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry which is the result of tampering or attempt to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or associated websites. Company has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.  Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Company reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering each entrant agrees to release and hold Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process and the prize process; and (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

Disputes

Should any entrant have any dispute/claim regarding this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to first address it to Company at support@hauslabs.com. Should the parties be unable to resolve it within 3 months, then entrant and Company shall submit such claim/dispute only before a JAMS arbitrator in Los Angeles County brought for final resolution, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, as applicable.  The parties agree that each shall waive all rights to a trial before a judge or jury in any other tribunal or court on the dispute/claim.  In such a proceeding all parties agree to waive all claims to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.  All parties shall bear their own costs and fees incurred in this proceeding, and in any proceeding incidental to this proceeding (such as a request for a preliminary injunction before a court.)  Each entrant also agrees that by participating in this Giveaway the entrant will not act as a class representative in a class action,  or participate in any class action relating to this Giveaway.
