For orders within the United States, Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $35. International orders over $75 (in USD) will qualify for Free Standard Shipping (some exclusions may apply depending on country).
Please note that the minimum purchase amount is based on the order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied to your order. Any charges related to shipping, handling, taxes or fees will not be counted toward that minimum purchase requirement.
For orders shipping within the U.S.:
Orders placed using Standard Shipping should expect delivery within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Orders being sent with Express Shipping should expect delivery within 2 business days after your order has left our warehouse, and orders with Next Day Shipping should allow 1 business day.
Please allow for up to 2 business days for your order to complete processing.
**Note: Shipments to international APO/FPO and remote addresses, as well as those outside of the contiguous United States - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico - may require additional delivery time.
For orders shipping outside the U.S:
The transit time for international orders can vary and generally takes longer than orders shipping within the US. Please be advised that it may take up to 3 business days to process an international order, and range from 1-4 weeks for it to arrive after being shipped. Estimated transit time for your order will be displayed during the checkout process, and will vary depending on your locale.
If you are in a remote area, there may also be additional delivery time. Your country’s Customs Authority also has the right to hold your package for any reason for 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Haus Labs does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your Customs Authority for more information.
Yes, we do! Please note that only orders with Standard Shipping will be able to be delivered to PO boxes.
If an express shipping method is needed (Express 2-Day, or Next Day Shipping) please make sure to place your order with a physical (non PO box) shipping address at checkout.
We are proud to ship our products to most APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that international APO/FPO addresses may require additional delivery time.

Select your Discovery Set shade family and place the order for your Set. Each Set will include three mini samples of our commonly purchased shades within that selected Shade Family.
Once your Set arrives, you can experience the three shades included in the Set and choose your best match. Didn’t find your ideal match? Use the included Shade Finder card to help guide you toward a better match.
Purchase your full size Foundation on hauslabs.com, within 21 days of your Discovery Set order date, with the same email address used when purchasing your Set. No further action is required, nor will you be charged for anything additional.
If a full size Foundation is not purchased within your trial period, you will be charged $12 + tax for the Discovery Set.
To ensure your trial period is registered properly in our system, any Discovery Set orders will be shipped on their own, cannot be included with any other purchases, and are not eligible for free shipping.
Not to worry! In addition to the three shades in your Discovery Set, we also include a helpful Shade Finder card for your selected Shade Family, which will provide additional steps to help you find your ideal shade.

At time of your order, you will only be charged the cost of shipping for the Discovery Set. If you do not purchase a full size Foundation within your 21 day trial period, you will be charged $12 + sales tax for the cost of the Discovery Set, and nothing else will be charged. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that all Discovery Set purchases are final sale, and are ineligible for return or exchange.
You are welcome to purchase an additional Discovery Set, though please be advised that all Discovery Set purchases will start their own separate trial period. Each trial will require a separate full-size foundation order to be placed within the respective trial period to qualify for each free set.
All purchases of the Discovery Set are final, and shipping cost is also non-refundable.
