Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we are unable to change or cancel your order after it is placed. This includes changing the delivery option, shipping address, items in the order, or payment method. Please confirm your information is correct before placing your order.

Since orders begin processing immediately after checkout, we cannot combine separate orders to ship together.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order.

SHIPPING

We ship across the United States (including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses), as well as globally to 100+ countries and territories. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more information.

For orders within the United States, Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $35.
International orders over $75 (in USD) will qualify for Free Standard Shipping
(some exclusions may apply depending on country).

Please note that the minimum purchase amount is based on the order subtotal, after any discounts have been applied to your order. Any charges related to shipping, handling, taxes or fees will not be counted toward that minimum purchase requirement.

For orders shipping within the U.S.:

Orders placed using Standard Shipping should expect delivery within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. 

Orders being sent with Express Shipping should expect delivery within 2 business days after your order has left our warehouse, and orders with Next Day Shipping should allow 1 business day.

Please allow for up to 2 business days for your order to complete processing.

**Note: Shipments to international APO/FPO and remote addresses, as well as those outside of the contiguous United States - Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico - may require additional delivery time.

For orders shipping outside the U.S:

The transit time for international orders can vary and generally takes longer than orders shipping within the US. Please be advised that it may take up to 3 business days to process an international order and up to two weeks for it to arrive after it has been shipped. 

If you are in a remote area, there may also be additional delivery time. Your country's Customs Authority also has the right to hold your package for any reason for 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Haus Labs does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your Customs Authority for more information.

Yes, we do! Please note that only orders with Standard Shipping will be able to be delivered to PO boxes.

If an express shipping method is needed (Express 2-Day, or Next Day Shipping) please make sure to place your order with a physical (non PO box) shipping address at checkout.

We are proud to ship our products to most APO/FPO military addresses. Please note that international APO/FPO addresses may require additional delivery time.

If your order hasn’t reached you and it has been more than one (1) business day since tracking information indicates it was delivered, please email our Haus Care Team at support@hauslabs.com for further assistance.

We offer an Artistry Discount designed for professionals wanting to stock their kits, or for anyone who wants to have a wide shade range at the ready for their own artistry! You will receive 10% off the full shade lineup of any product type, when you purchase every shade offered for that specific product.

To qualify for our Artistry Discount, add one (1) of every shade for your desired product. For example, to receive the discount on HY-POWER PIGMENT PAINTS, add all 20 shades to your cart. Discount will be automatically applied, and reflected at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Haus Labs products as much as we do, but if for some reason you wish to return any items from your order, please visit our Return Policy page for more information and to initiate a return.

Please note that items purchased with the Artistry Discount are ineligible for return or exchange.

For purchases made on hauslabs.com prior to June 9, 2022 we will accept returns on unopened, unused full-price items purchased from hauslabs.com within 30 days of receipt on US and International Orders. 

To initiate a return, please contact support@hauslabs.com with your order number, reason for return, and which products you’d like to return. Please note that you will be responsible for creating the shipping label for any items being returned back to us, along with the associated shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned product(s) from you, we will process any refunds due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, excluding the cost of our delivery and your cost of returning the product(s) to us.
If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount you paid less the delivery fees.
