So after using my concealor daily since December 2025, the applicator sponge broke off the handle. I reached out to Haus Lab and they were able to provide me a new applicator free of charge! The package came quick too which was fantastic. I was not able to get the old sponge out of my concealor, but having it in there doesn't seem to affect the product or disrupt me from closing the concealor. So Yay!
