Don't worry about being perplexed with the brush - you're definitely not alone in that! The brush end is designed to be used for smudging and blending the liner after application to create softer, smokier looks. You can also use it to blend the liner into eyeshadows for a more seamless finish. But honestly, if you're loving the liner as is, there's no pressure to use the brush at all - many people stick with just the pencil end and get amazing results!
