Official Rules for Haus Labs by Lady Gaga Random Refunds Giveaway

Overview

HLB90067, Inc. (“Company”) is the global distributor of the Haus Labs by Lady Gaga beauty line and is giving participants a chance to receive a refund for the value of their purchase through a website‑based promotion (the “Giveaway”). Winners will be selected at random until refunds totaling $1 000 USD are awarded. The entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. PDT on February 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on the same day. Company will promptly announce the winners and notify them by email. A purchase is required to win a prize. This is not a lottery or a skill contest. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

Eligibility

A Giveaway entrant may reside anywhere in the world, must be at least 18 years old, and must complete all entry requirements. The timeliness of each entry is determined by the timestamp of the entrant’s hauslabs.com purchase, provided it meets all eligibility requirements. Eligibility will be determined in Company’s sole discretion. Employees of Company and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Requirements

The entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. PDT to 11:59 p.m. PDT on February 17, 2026. During this time Company will post Giveaway details on its Instagram account @hauslabs and share them via email from no-reply@hauslabs.com. To enter, the entrant must make a purchase on hauslabs.com during the entry period. By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements, have read these Official Rules, and agree that if they accept a prize Company may use their name and likeness in connection with the announcement of winners.

Prizes

Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using sweepstakes randomizer software until a total of $1 000 USD in refunds has been awarded. Each winner will receive a refund for the value of their order. The prize is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The number of winners will vary based on the order values refunded. All taxes, fees and surcharges associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Company cannot estimate the odds of winning because they depend on the number of valid entries. For example, if there are 100 000 valid entries the odds of winning per entry would be 3/100 000 (0.003 %). If a winner does not respond within 12 hours, Company may select another winner at random. Company’s decisions are final and binding. Requests for a list of winners can be sent to HLB 90067, Inc., c/o Giveaway, P.O. Box 3789, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.

Release of Instagram

By entering this Giveaway each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, and releases Instagram from any liability arising out of the Giveaway.

California Consumer Privacy Act Compliance

Rights of Publicity Release

Each winner agrees to release all personal rights of publicity in their name, likeness, image, voice and photographs in connection with the Giveaway. The contract terms for this follow.

Giveaway Winner Consent and Release

In connection with the entry into, administration of and related publicity and promotion of the “Haus Laboratories Instagram Follower Giveaway”, I, the undersigned (“Winner”), for good and sufficient consideration, hereby give irrevocable unrestricted permission in perpetuity (except for residents of Tennessee, where it will be for five years, or as otherwise restricted by law), throughout the world to HLB90067, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors, licensees, advertising agencies, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”):

to take, copy, use, distribute, display, perform, reuse, publish and republish any photograph, likeness, image, voice and name (“Rights of Publicity”) of Winner, in whole or in part, for any commercial or noncommercial use in any media now or hereafter known;
to alter or edit the Rights of Publicity by blurring, distortion, alteration or use in composite form without restriction;
to use the Rights of Publicity in combination with digital compositing or other changes in colour, size, shape, perspective, context, foreground or background.

Winner waives any right to inspect or approve prior to, during or after any usage by the Released Parties in any media now or hereafter known. Winner releases the Released Parties from all claims or liability arising out of the exercise of any rights granted above, including those relating to copyright, privacy, publicity or any personal or property right. Winner represents that they are at least 18 years of age, consents to the terms set forth above and has read this agreement and the Official Rules.

Termination of Giveaway and Entries

Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other cause beyond its control affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Company may disqualify any entry that is the result of tampering or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway. Company has the right to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway by voiding entries for any reason, including use of bots, macros, scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws; Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or portion thereof; technical failures of any kind; unavailability or inaccessibility of transmissions or services; unauthorized human intervention; or electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or processing of entries.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim regarding this Giveaway must first be addressed to Company at support@hauslabs.com. If unresolved after three months, the entrant and Company will submit the dispute to a JAMS arbitrator in Los Angeles County for final resolution, governed by California law. Parties waive the right to a trial before a judge or jury and any claims to punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees. By participating in this Giveaway entrants agree not to act as class representatives in a class action or to participate in any class action relating to this Giveaway.
