On the fence? Get it!
I love the color story presented here...it just screamed "FALL!" I have aging, hooded, 45 year-old eyes, but I place the sparkly shades on my lid and if I close my eyes, you can see it! I tried this with a wet brush and it didn't perform as well as dry using just my finger. I think you could use a tiny pencil brush along the lower lash line, though. The packaging is heavy and substantial; its lovely and high-end. Now, I want to try more palettes!
